Mad that it took me so long to try at home dip! I am officially converted to this product. This was my first time and woman was it easy!! The colors are pretty. I did one coat of the khaki on all of my nails, a second coat on every nail but the ring and corresponding right finger which I did one coat of the khaki sparkles. I did not use the 2n1 base/top for the top. I did have to apply a couple layers of a finishing clear coat to get a shine but on my left hand I didn’t really buff at all, on my right hand (the second hand I did) I buffed a little and it definitely looked more shiny and took only two coats of finishing clear coat vs three. I buffed my nails and washed my hands before applying. When you apply the first layer of base it helps to lay the brush down in the middle of your nail and push it up towards your cuticle, this helps to avoids with build up (for the other reviewers that we’re having trouble) the activator bottle did come only about half way full but honestly I payed about half the price of one trip to the salon for this set and I foresee a good amount of applications from this set. VERY HAPPY and will buy again

I love that the jars are all labeled with names, not numbers! It arrived in a wonderful package that's easy to open. The price is amazing for the kit you receive! I haven't used the colors yet but plan to swatch them soon. Lots of extra pieces that are appreciated and included instructions.I will be ordering again!UPDATE: Bottle of activator was completely dried up. I will try to contact seller to replace it. I’m new to dip polish and was attempting to save some money by doing it myself. I bought this kit to practice with. I waited so long to try it for the first time because I really struggle with perfection. I decided to finally jump in only to find out that the activator bottle is empty! I can’t return it because I waited so long to even try it out. I’m so disappointed.

My teacher told me about this product earlier in the year and I'm terrible at painting my nails so I wanted to give it a shot. The package arrived and everything was in good shape and sealed well. Along with the powder and the bottles, it does come with a nail file, cuticle pusher, and a little brush which was very nice. The one downside I had with this was that my activator bottle came practically empty, so I could only do one nail that day. That said, the nail I did do was beautiful and shiny and felt very durable. I can't speak on how long it lasts as I took my one off pretty quickly, but it seems pretty good.

I really enjoyed using this dip powder kit. Let me just tell you I have never used dip powder before, I’m a poly gel person but as you can see from the pictures I got the hang of it. I will say it does take some filing to get it right but if your patient you will get the nails you like! I also watched YouTube tutorials to help me figure out how to do it. By the way the powders are in small containers but it seems like they are honestly gonna last you a lot of sets. I recommend this set for people who are just starting off with dip powders.

Good combo starter pack for beginners except that the Activator was completely empty/dried out.

I was so excited to try this product. The instructions were pretty straightforward. When it came to applying the activator I discovered it bone dry...

I've been using this brand for several month's. HUGE $ savings, easy to do your self. Kinda time consuming if you have a set on already. I use 100% acetone foil and cotton balls it takes time to get off bc I don't scrap my real nails I'd prefer to not damage them.

Great product, strong hold and last long on nails.

The bottles were all almost empty. There was enough solution that I thought I could try one hand, but it came out all lumpy (could be user error, but the instructions were not super clear either).

I was skeptical to try this as the reviews weren’t great but I’m glad I did! The base coat does dry quickly so I would recommend dipping the nail immediately after and only applying light coats (I only used two coats). I was previously using gel/UV which was great- but it damaged my skin & caused irritation. This product is a great replacement if you like doing your nails at home & prefer to have a harder coat to help with less breakage.

So this is my very first attempt at using dip powder. Never used it before. First I would like to say it did the job. Definitely will have to practice more. Doesn’t seem to be much activator in the bottle, was hard to get it on the brush and had to continuously shake the bottle with the brush in it.
