Will these filters fit the Signia Pure 312 X hearing aids?

Technically no. These are listed as being for custom or molded hearing aids. The wax guards you are looking for are: Mini-Receiver Wax Guards for Siemens Hearing Aids ASIN: B007VTV0VG or Receiver Wax Guards for Siemens, Rexton and Miracle Ear Hearing Aids - 8 Pack. ASIN: B07V3Z43ZV

Do these fit the stiletto x?

No. You want the mini receiver wax guards. These are for custom molded products

The extractor looks different than the one on my connexx QuikGuard 10962504 are you sure they are the same?

I assume that you are talking about wax guards. There are two signia wax guares advertised on Amazon. one is smaller than the other. I had to return one and order the smaller size for Amy aids.
