I looked into the pros and cons and after much consideration I purchased them.The package and product seemed good but after 2 days the side effects were HORRIBLE! I ended in urgent care only to be told that this type of product damages the intestines. Do your research before purchasing it.

In your mouth it has the texture of a peanut…a very bitter nasty peanut! Maybe I took it too late in the day 1:30 pm. I was up all night running and sprinting to the toilet. Quite a few times I thought I wasn’t going to make it. I had to shut it off with a activated charcoal capsule. It wouldn’t shut off. I was pooping all night. Come 5:45am I couldn’t take running anymore. I would have been house bound it seems for the rest of the day. I don’t think I’ll take anymore anytime soon. My stomach went down but whewww too much pooping.

So far so good. My boss, who thinks weight loss supplements are a joke recommend these to me after his Mexican fiance took them. Then he took them and they worked for him too. All natural. But watch out! Make sure you know where all toilets are for the first week! It cleaned me out and suppressed my appetite. I don't weigh myself, but down a dress size in in a month.
