uxcell Driving Doze Reminder with Vibrate Alert Anti-sleep Alarm

The title says "with vibration", but these units are audible alerts only. Misleading and was the sole reason I chose these over others.

The part that goes around the ear is hard, very uncomfortable and hard to keep on the ear for me.
