Firstly, for all those people that see this and think they can track packages and luggage around the world. You can't - it's bluetooth only, so once it's out of range of your phone, you can't track it any longer. You may be thinking of Apple's tags, which use a network of other devices around the world - when your tag goes past one of them, they tell you the location of your tag. This doesn't do any of that.Next up, these are IMHO of dubious quality. Out of 4 devices, one worked perfectly. The other three were problematic in various ways. I also note that I received one of those "get a £5 Amazon voucher if you leave a positive review" cards - which I note I've never received on a genuinely quality product.There are a handful of compatible phone apps, all of which are pretty dodgy. They seem to include cameras, voice recorders and other features which I can't imagine I would want. They all require permissions, which the paranoid might think was so that they could rifle through your photos and files and perhaps send them to dark forces. Either way, the phone app is pretty cheesy - it shows you fancy maps (with Chinese names as well as English ones all over them), but frankly, that's pointless. I already know where I live - what I want to know is how far away the tag is - and it doesn't show that. You can tell the tag to start beeping though, which it nice.Ultimately for the task of finding lost items, you need the tag to be super reliable, and the app to tell you where it is. Since it can't really do that, it needs to tell you how far away it is - then you can triangulate its position from that. It fails on all these points, so they've gone back. I've added a star because they're cheap, and as I say, one of them worked pretty well.

The product was easy to set up. I bought the product to attach to my children’s keys because they could never find them. The problem was every time they or I left the house a really loud alarm went off on my phone,also the battery only lasts a couple of weeks and they’re not cheap batteries

Arrived promptly, easy to set up the app was easy to download and took minutes to get up and running, as the saying goes as easy as pie.Tracks nicely no problem and as a cheap as chips, excellent product.

Not sure if this is worth the money, 2 out of 4 do not pair up with the app. Will only really know if any good if the keys are left any distance away on the 2 that are working

Two things that made me return this item. Firstly the app wants access to areas that it shouldn't need. I.e photos and microphone and media. The tag can be used to get your phone to take photos or turn on the microphone. Not required.Secondly I hang my car keys on the back of the door and walk down the garden and the tag on the keys starts beeping. It does this every time you walk out of Bluetooth range and other than turn the tag off there is no way I could find of disabling this feature. So if you put the tag on a suitcase at the airport it will be beeping until you collect it off the carousel at the other end.If you disable any of the app access it just starts beeping.It's a shame as the tag could be useful but appears to be a novelty item for kids.
