These are just the best capers out there. Use them to cook with or add to salads or with your favorite lox and cream cheese bagel. These are way different from the store brands. Also, more expensive. Just remember that the ones packed in salt need to be rinsed before use.

I saw this product on a cooking website and they were out of stock. Amazon had them so I decided to order from them. The capers look so beautiful in their jars that I had to admire them before putting them in the cupboard. Two days ago I got to use them in a sauce for grey sole. They are packed in salt, so you need to rinse them off before using. They were superior in flavor and texture to any capers that I have ever used. My family all made similar comments when eating them.

Cooked with chopped garlic, chopped shallots, Italian parsley, white wine, butter, olive oil, rinsed capers and wild shrimp.Capers cured in vinegar, caper flavor is overwhelmed with the vinegar but salt brings out the caper flavor.
