Helped on the first use! I’ve dealt with bad breath for a long time. No one has ever told me, but I know I do. I thought fixing my teeth would help, but after I did that it still lingered. That’s when I realized it was my tongue. I tried the tongue scraper but I couldn’t reach far enough back. The spray is strong, but a good kind of strong and really coats your tongue. The tongue scraper is strong too so be careful, I did it too hard and cut my tongue. It did take off the white layer almost immediately. I did it twice in one day and the next morning I didn’t wake up with that gross taste or film feeling. My tongue is sore from scraping it so I’ll definitely be more gentle but I really recommend this product. The spray is way better than mouthwash bc it targets the tongue specifically and the scraper picks up more. If you are struggling with bad breath try this.

Wow. This is the most pink my tongue has ever gotten. It's insane how well this kit works but you do need a bit of patience initially. If you don't regularly scrape your tongue or have a thick film over it, you'll need a couple of days to reap the rewards of this kit.I like to spray this on my tongue before I start brushing and let it work meanwhile before scraping it off. I found that this method gave me the best results. Combined with oil pulling with coconut oil (and of course the regular brushing and flossing), this method has taken my oral hygiene to a level that I'm sure my dental hygienist appreciates.Like others have commented, there is a rough and a soft side to each tongue scraper and I would recommend starting with the soft side first. It's great that the product comes with two different ones and the spray itself lasts a really long time so $10-11 is really nothing compared to the value you're getting.

So, let me just start out by saying that I've been using these tongue scrapers for many years now to good degrees of effectiveness. They work, plain and simple.After my last scraper was losing its edge and effectiveness, I set myself out to buy a new one and came across this kit that came with the spray. I was unmoved, at best, as to how useful a spray would be in getting that gunk off when the scrapers were already doing fine, but I suppose I was in a good enough mood and bought the set.WHY DIDN'T I TRY THIS EARLIER?!?I don't know how or why, but I'll be darned if that spray doesn't help take off this stuff! I just give it a few quick jabs of the stuff before I take the scraper to my tongue and it comes off with more gunk and leaves my tongue cleaner than it ever has before.Don't get me wrong, the spray isn't necessary at all. You can still get fine results just by using the scraper itself and forgetting about this little kit. But, if you want something more effective that will probably make your scrapers last longer (because you need to make less passes over your tongue) and keep your tongue irritated less, this kit is for you.I would absolutely recommend this product.

Great taste! Requires 3 quick sprays to the back of your tongue before using one of the 2 tongue scrapers that comes with the spray. It would be perfect if it lasted longer on the tongue. I would definitely recommend it and purchase it again. Great product!

Love the tounge cleaner. I tried to find a better one but noticed that they don’t have the bumps or little teeth on the tounge cleaner as this one does. The other tounge cleaners still leave my tongue looking white and it is hard to get my tongue pink as all tongues should look. I can easily fold to my will. When I just started with this tounge cleaner in my late 20s, I felt my tongue very clean and it never been that clean before. I suffered with bad breath for years.... I’d get bullied as school as a child because of it. The ugly whiteness of my tongue wouldn’t get clean with regular brushing the tounge, my tounge looked the same. When I bought this it really worked for me. For about 4 days I was scrubbing that tongue of mine. Which took a while for all the layers of buildup to be removed..... when I spit out the toothpaste, after scribing the tounge the paste littlerlly looked yellow....... because it had so much buildup over the years.I lost my tounge cleaner on vacation and had to buy another one worried they might of stopped selling it..... I looked it up here at amazon because it was here at amazon that I purchased it. Glad they have it still, I was surprised they had 2 tounge cleaners In this kit. One to take on vacation and another for me to leave at home. I bought an extra kit 2 TOTAL just Incase they stop selling it.... can’t risk a smelly breath again.

If you have not used a tongue scraper, maybe you should consider it! I drink coffee and have some sinus drainage, so I guess my breath could be pretty offensive. Following my wife's advice (good advice in any marriage!) I asked the dental hygienist about using a tongue scraper and was told to go for it. BreathRx was recommended. I have been using this product for several years now, and it is really a benefit, for those around me and for my own self confidence. I use it in the morning and in the evening - and maybe during the day if I sort of feel the need. BreathRx does the job! With this order through Amazon there are 2 tongue scrapers, ought to last forever! By the way, you do NOT have to buy this small size over and over again. Just find the regular BreatheRx at your store or pharmacy and refill the sprayer. It works the same. I think the special ingredient is called Zytol, which is the bacteria killer.

Idk how to feel about this product. It absolutely DOES NOT WORK ALONE. YOU HAVE TO USE THE TONGUE SCRAPER THAT COMES WITH IT. I tried to use this with just the Ora Brush but i felt like my breath was not fresh enough. The taste is very familiar to Listerine. It's so strong. The color blue stains your tongue. And there is an after taste. I feel like it only works for 30 mins max. I won't buy this again but because it was pricey ill continue to use it.

Works well to remove bacteria from tongue, like the options of two different tongue scrapers one is more rough then the other, nice flavor of tongue spray
