Favourite Water Bottle for Travel
This is my favourite water bottle for travelling. I love how light and compact it is. It's great to carry around and when it's empty, you can just roll it up and fit it in your pocket. The carabiner clip is great for clipping it to your bag or hanging it from whatever you want. I would hook it on the belt clip of my pants when walking around or just carrying it around on my finger. It's much more durable than you'd expect as well. I was robbed in Brazil and thrown down concrete stairs and the bottle is still fine. It has been through a LOT and still works great. It definitely does not look new anymore (lots of wrinkles), but works just as good. It's much cheaper and better for the environment than buying multiple bottles of water everyday. Of course, it's not going to keep your water cold and I guess there's a small learning curve for getting used to drinking out of it.I paired this bottle with a "Grayl" water bottle (it has a built-in filter) and I never had to buy water anywhere when travelling south America. I would just fill up both bottles through the filter whenever there was a water source and I was good to go.

Worked great on my trip to London!
I spent a lot of time comparing water bottle options for my three week London trip. I chose this one and am so glad I did; had no regrets. I tried to pack lightly and wisely to make it easier on myself in getting around, but didn't want to make certain sacrifices and didn’t want to buy basics there. This bottle was one of the best packing decisions I made. It rolled up small when not in use and it contributed almost nothing to the weight of my backpack and daypack. But the best two things about it were the shape and material. I chose the shape intentionally because I figured it 1) would fit nicely into a pocket of space in my daypack even when full of water, and 2) would get smaller as I drank from it, unlike stainless bottles, for example, which take up the same amount of room no matter what. However, the best feature was one that I hadn’t even considered, and that was the smoothness of the plastic. It allowed the bottle to slide in and out of my daypack easily no matter how tight a fit. I have a silicone phone case that I love because the silicone can be grabby against fabric and therefore it’s less likely to fall out of a pocket or handbag, but this is also its curse as I have to fight with my phone to pull it out of my pocket. The other roll-up water bottles on Amazon all appear to be silicone so I would pass those over and get this one. For anyone worrying about leaks, mine has been unrolled, filled, emptied, rolled back up, shoved into my daypack and backpack empty and full and everything in between, and I’ve had no issues.I will say that I recently decided that I wanted a pink one too so I ordered it according to the picture and what I received was a yellow one with a mountain on it. The description was California Gold so I had assumed there must have been gold detailing or shimmer that didn’t show in the photos, but it turns out it was the wrong picture altogether. I will use it so am not returning, but I would advise potential purchasers to make sure the photo and description clearly match.

Works as ad quickly or easily as a traditional hard sided bottle
I purchased this primarily to use during flights. It was easy to store in my carry on, and I filled it at one of the increasingly available water bottle refill stations at the airport. The only issue there was that the refill station functioned with an electric eye, which didn't recognize the Vapur bottle as being in front of it. So I had to "trick" the refill station by placing a finger over the electric eye, forcing the water flow to commence. The bottle doesn't really have much insulation, but I found that the water remained cool enough to drink during my 5 hour flight. I don't know how well it would do on a hike on a warm day, though. And once empty it is easy to roll up and stash away. My wife carries a traditional aluminum water bottle for flights, and while they have their benefits they are not as easily stored. My one issue is that the bottle isn't as easy to dry after use as the manufacturer suggests. Because of the material and design it tends to collapse on itself toward the bottom as water is consumed, so the interior walls of the bottle often touch one another. I recently used it at home and a week later, despite it sitting in an air conditioned room with low humidity, it still has numerous water droplets inside. I'm not usually a germophobe but I have to assume that bacteria is breeding in those droplets. And the suggestion of drying it by turning it upside down is easier said than done. Again, because of its construction and design it tends to topple over when empty and upside down. So you'll likely need to prop it against something and keep it out of any breezes as it tends to topple when exposed to a breeze since it is so lightweight. I keep trying to open the bottom section to keep the interior walls separated but they naturally tend to collapse with time. Perhaps inserting something such as the handle of a long spoon that might help prop it open would help.I haven't tried hanging it by the carabiner yet. It seems sturdy enough but the bottle, when full, has a bit of heft to it, and the only thing I had walking around was belt loops. I feared it would prove to heavy for them. I suspect hooking it to a backpack would be a better match. All in all I am pleased with the bottle and I plan to take it on my next flight to keep hydrated while on the plane.Update 7-22-16 I think I have found a solution to the bottle drying conundrum. Vapur's website suggests leaving the bottle upside down on a drying mat to dry. Well after about a week and a half my bottle still had a good number of small water droplets clinging to the interior sides. I decided that the problem was that these droplets were so small that their weight was insufficient to cause them to drop to the bottom (or actually the top, since it was resting upside down) of the bottle. So when the only way to eliminate those droplets would be through evaporation. But with the bottle upside down that would never happen (they would simply condense again on the bottle's sides and it would be perpetually wet). So I left it upside down for a while until the larger drops had run out, then flipped it back onto its base. I did blow gently into the opening, which caused the bottle to expand. Then I left it sitting upright and within a day the remaining small droplets had evaporated! With that problem solved I am happier still with this purchase. Let's hope it holds up to repeated uses. So far no sign of any damage, but I've only used it a few times, and I haven't frozen it or run it through the top dishwasher rack...Update 11/10/18 - After losing my first of these I purchased a second about 6 months ago. Sadly it began leaking from the cap on the second use. I discovered this the hard way by setting it down on my seat on a plane to stow my carry- on only to find a puddle in the seat a few seconds later! I don't think I'll be buying a third...

Great travel water bottle.
Used it for 3 weeks while traveling. Great capacity. It was easy to fill up and never leaked. When full, it stands on it's own. The clip and roll up design were very convenient and helped with its portability. I didn't have any issues with a funny smell or taste. The only criticism I have is I should have gotten a more clear color shade as it can be difficult to see the water line when filling it up. Unsure of it's longterm durability but i would def purchase again!

Great for travel
Did a ton of research into travel bottles and was put off of silicone based on the number of comments with bad tastes or multiple steps to remedy the bad taste situation. These arrived today, washed them out and filled them up. Easy to fill after blowing into them as recommended. They aren't difficult to drink from. Looking forward to using them in Australia.
