Can you kneel in the opposite direction and lie your chest over the seat cushion for extended periods of floor work?

Can you turn in the opposite direction, placing your knees on the knee pads, and lie your chest over the seat for doing floor work?

How does this roll on uneven or rough surface?

I would like to know if the seat nose can be tilted/adjusted down?
