These combs are beautiful and they hold my hair extremely well, but they are the least comfortable combs I own. Will save for special occasions.

I love these combs and have them in several colors. They hold my fine hair in place during exercise, wind events, etc....terrific find for me!

I bought these because this color was beautiful for blond hair. I had tried so many cheap hair combs from drug stores and beauty supplies that simply fell apart. The tines would break after one use. These are still going strong after months of use. I even sleep in them sometimes. Don't waste your money on China make. These are strong and lovely. Made in France I think. 🇫🇷

These hair comb are fantastic! Very sturdy and hold hair well all day long. (I have fine hair and a lot of it.)I saw some reviews that said the teeth become out of alignment too easily and while that can be expected to happen, I found an easy fix. I just soak them in hot (not boiling) water. Voila! They are not only “straight” again, but also any hair products on the comb are cleaned off, too!Get yourself a pair and you will probably love them so much you will get a second pair (I did)!

Disheartened that nowhere could I find where to replace my favorite side hair combs made in Italy, (friend's new puppy chewed them!), I decided to give a try to these Charles J. Wahba side combs. Turns out it was a good decision.Many side combs simply do not work with my fine hair, but these Wahba side combs secure nicely. Beautiful and Secure! Can't ask for more than that in a side comb.

I have fine hair and not a lot of it. This is one of the few side hair combs that really holds tightly. Most others become lose or fall out after a few hours but I’ve made it all day and still it’s secure. Love the vibrant colors.

I have thick long hair. It's a true blessing, but finding sturdy and reliable hair accessories has been a yellow-brick-road quest. French combs, side combs, hair barrettes, etc. that can hold and stay put are a rarity, but this pair of exquisite side combs are flexible, well-crafted, pristine-looking and highly effective. I've always liked side-combs; there's something classic about them, like pearls. But I never thought the day would come that I would find such a beautiful hair accessory that could get the job done. In terms of expense, this is a luxury item that pays off. Highly recommended for those ladies with long thick manes. An elegant staple for any occasion.

I just got these, and they are well worth the price. In fact, I have paid more for side combs from other brands only to be disappointed, but these are so good that I immediately ordered more colors. They are thick and well-made, and the close together teeth keep them firmly in place. I have fine hair of a medium thickness and usually need product to keep hair accessories in place, but these worked out of the package.
