Q: Some pictures have pink leaves/blobs, others have white. Which color is it?

Dear Customer, Thanks for asking. Some color on this splat mat is a little like flesh pink.

Q: Do oils and butter bead up, stay only on the top layer or soak right through ?

I use it in my puppy pen so haven’t fed them oils, but it’s got a waterproof coating with fabric underneath, so I would imagine it beads up at first but would deep in over time. It’s washable though so there’s that.

Q: Will this mat stay put on a cement floor?

I had used it on carpet, it stayed put fairly well. I think a lot depends on what you have on top of it and how much traffic would be walking over it. It does have slightly grippy bumpy surface on the bottom but it's also fairly thin (think more like a thick sheet as opposed to a rug) so it did bunch up and shift occasionally in my experience.

Q: I have twins and their high chairs are a little bulky. Does this have enough room for both chairs?

I have the ikea high chairs and they fit on it but I’m not sure if they are super bulky. I would probably go with 2 just in case and then rotate them out to clean if they both fit on one mat.
