Worth the money.
Well constructed and just the right size. The two velcro straps are fine to hold the weight.

Total junk, this thing falls right off and the Velcro doesn’t even work. Not worth it at all! Very disappointed.

Bicycle Handlebar bag
This is a bag with one main compartment and also has small stuff pockets that have worked well for my riding gloves. I use this bag to carry tools, tire gage, small personal items. It works well for a small but easy accessible bag for those day rides as well as for managing maintenance items during the long tours.
