Great energy shots
There are 2 servings per package. They do not get sticky in the heat (tested during 140 mile ride in the Texas summer). They taste great, go down easy, and easy on the stomach. I was able to eat many packages over very long rides. This is added to my nutrition routine

Good taste
I love these. As a cyclist and a type 1 diabetic these come in handy when my sugar drops on a ride and quickly brings it back up. Good taste but they are very sweet.

Stomach upset ….
these tasted and went down with ease. Tried a couple times make sure it was the gummies.. it was..my stomach didn’t like them gassy as well as the rest of my family tried them, they all got the same. So might not work for some who have sensitive stomachs. My stomach usually gets upset with “fake” or artificial or any plant sugar or sweeteners other than plain sugar..so there’s something in this gummy.

Like magic for long runs
One pack was easily enough for me to finish a 30km+ run without breakfast. They are really like magic, these little candies. Avoids stomach issues and hunger goes away very fast.
