love it.. i have been using these brands for about 5 yrs now.and this copper plated are an icing on the brand.I am a professional chef. Executive chefs for brands like Hilton, Hyatt and Marriott.A good knife is always what we look for.These knives are classy and best for daily use with proper care.Of-course you cannot match with very high end Japanese knives.For the price, these are my fav chef knives

The coupon made this deal a steal! I have another higher end Cangshan knife that I really like using, and thought these would be a nice gift. I opened it up when they arrived, I’m really pleased with the quality and sharpness out of the box. The box they come in is great for giving as a gift too. The hollow handle makes the chef knife feel very lightweight and pretty well balanced. I’m familiar with this steel in some other knives so I think if treated well they will certainly last, as well as sharpen easily. My only complaint is not her N1 series come with the copper handle... because I think for whoever gets this, they set will want more!
