They may be good, (I dunno bc I couldn't eat a second one) healthy and effective but they are ewwy tasting. Like texture and flavor is hard to get through. Softer than a granola bar. Good size for usage.

So Good! Tastier and healthier than a candy bar for sure!
I have ordered several of these after giving them a try. The squares are full of healthy goodness and taste fantastic! The mix of seeds, dates and chocolate is perfection and I love that they don't need to be kept cold. The power snacks are an excellent between meals bite and are very filling. I am a big fan of these tasty little bites!!!
