12' x 12' x 12' Triangle Sun Shade Sail Canopy (Terracotta) - UV Block for Patio and Outdoor

I researched as many sites as I could and watched as many Youtube videos possible before I made my purchase so I feel I educated myself enough to order. Not ever having a shade sail, I was a little weary so the plan was to ease into our project with a small purchase first and then upgrade later. We measured our area and ordered two sails. Of course they arrived right away. They feel very "plasticy", and I knew they would based on other reviews, however once up they work and look amazing! We erected two 10' wooden 4x4 posts in the ground and attached between that and the house. We bought our hardware locally. We made sure to allow extra room between our connection points for stretch. This was the hardest part trying to position all the connection points for a good taught tightness between the the sides. Our goal was to get the western sun/heat off the front door. This was accomplished with our project. In hind site I would have ordered a little larger to gain a bit more shade. We put up two triangles red & green and the neighbors all think they compliment our house and decor! I would order again from LyShade -- great product so far.

Just received this the other day and haven't had a chance to put it up yet but am looking forward to having this up for the summer. The size of this shade was just right for what I need it for. The stitching on it seems to be sturdy and durable (I was concerned about getting a product that the wind might tear the hooks but this should withstand the wind), and the fabric also seems like it will last (thick enough to last). I ordered the terra cotta color and it is the same as the picture.

It's good quality from what I can see so far, it's been up for a month with high winds and 113 degree temps. It's not very big so I need another one but so far it is accomplishing the intended duty of keeping the morning sun out of my living room window and shading some of my cactus outside.

I love this shade. Color is vibrant, material is strong, excellent quality, and well made. Looks great on my deck which is full sun. My deck is now usable. This shade has lowered the temperature on my deck as well as in the house. Easy to install. Looks like art work hanging over the deck. I bought this lime green and bright blue. Gorgeous! Nice storage bags for off season. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Your Follow up is fantastic!

This is a fantastic alternative to an outdoor umbrella! We use it over our patio area - it keeps the whole area cool without the bother of a stand. Easy to install (we also purchased the hardware kit) and take down, does not get tossed around by the wind very much, does not sag with rain, good quality materials and strong workmanship.

Easy to put up. Using under a pier and beam house to hide duct work. Looks like an art installation. Plenty of colors to choose from, holding up well, easy to install great service reasonable price, what more can I say

Shade material is ok and it does the job. The rope that was included is kind of useless. Probably 1/4" dia which might be okay, the length is of the rope is silly. Really why bother. I had bought a canopy at Costco for the same price last year that was huge. So well made and the ropes were 5/8" dia and probably 8' long each. So I may be comparing/reviewing this product unfairly. If you think a 12' canopy is enough... buy the 16' canopy.

Great sail shade. You can't beat the price. It's durable and it looks good.The hardware.... I don't know what went wrong. But the screws constantly unwind and the sailshade ends up flapping in the wind. This went on over and over and over. Until I replaced the hardware. With different hardware I don't have that problem. So, I'd buy the sailshade again, but I'd also buy an set of replacement hardware because what comes with it is nearly useless.
