Sterdy and firm this is perfect for practicing at home! Highly reccomend.
I got this beam for gymnastics practice at home while in lockdown. It has really helped me keep up skills i had in the gym and unlike some beams this is easy to spin on, adjustable height and not too heavy to move around. It is also fairly affordable, considering the prices of other beams. The only thing to look out for is that if your house has very low ceilings then on the highest level you may touch the ceilings when jumping. I havent used it outside yet but i am sure it will be fine to use as long as there is a mat underneath (not just grass). Overall, i highly reccomend this product.
