This is good product I'm still using this controller and it's amazing just one issue it's connecter is little bit bend maybe due to issues in delivery everything else then that is perfect

It is good purchase in such money and on lable said it only ps3,pc,android but it works on ps4 i only charge only once in a week

I bought this and within the first week of purchase left stick started to show issues. it quickly started to malfunction and became completely unusable after a weeks use. I tried to make a warranty claim, but the process has been incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. The product has been picked up but I've been waiting for a month for a resolution and didn't got my product back from the manufacturer till date. Multiple emails was send and they haven't given a single response. The emails they stated in their website is not working or they have a good for nothing customer service team. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with this product and the poor customer service I've received. I would not recommend this joystick to anyone. In my personal experience i have seen cheaper gamepads getting better service and replacement issued within a week's time. Please look for some other brand. This won't be a good gamepad if you planning to use the same for a long term. Update- my controller is malfunctioning again. This is after 2 months of previous warranty claim. I send it back again for fixing it and i even don't know where my product is! It's been a month and i dont have an update about the product. I have send multiple mails and queries. Hope I'll get my product someday from them. Also they'll eat up our warranty by holding it with them! I have lost more than 2 months and they won't extend warranty or do anything customer centric. So PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

As the headline says, it worked deceptively fine at first. The right stick made some soft and disconcerting clicking noises when it moved, but everything functioned as expected. Only after a couple days of usage did the problems start. It started disconnecting from the receiver randomly, taking a few seconds to reconnect each time. Over the next few weeks, it disconnected more and more frequently, often several times within a few seconds, until it became unpredictable and practically unusable. Charging the battery, plugging the receiver into different USB ports and moving it closer to the receiver did nothing to improve affairs. What's worse is that the USB port on the gamepad is only used for charging, so you can't even use it as a wired controller. All in all, no matter how good the gamepad itself is, the shoddy connection makes it completely worthless.

Really great product , if you are a pc gamer you may require some time to get used to it. battery is good , I haven't tested it yet but have played for around 3 hours on 1 hour charge and its still not dead , I'll update later about the battery backup. Easy to connect took around 30 seconds to connect for the first time after that just connect the dongle and press home button and it connects in an instant. Overall a good product from Ant Esports 👍.
