Is this an e26 base? I see the bulb is a19. I want the base.

This is a "standard" E26 A19 bulb. E26 is the type of base (medium screw base) and A19 is is the shape of the bulb. For instance, an E26 G19 is the same screw base with a globe shape.

I'm looking for switches and bulbs that don't require access to an internet account. just my alexa - > switch or bulb? how can i do that?

Hello! You can use Alexa app to directly find our bulbs. Here's how to add the bulb directly: 1.) Power the bulb on in a fixture that is next to the Alexa devices. 2.) Open up the Alexa app and from the main menu navigate to the “Smart Home” page 3.) On the “Smart Home” page you will see any devices that are already connected. To add the Wi-Fi bulb you can simply tap “Add a new device”. This will begin Alexa’s search for the Wi-Fi bulb. 4.) The Element bulb should flash a few times once it has been discovered. I have one of these bulbs and love it. so i bought the 4 pack and can not get them to link with my alexa. do i need to disconnect my original?

They're not Bluetooth, they're WiFi. You need to use their 2* app. I made the same mistake. Received 2 of this brand lightbulbs with my echos and thought I'd buy more. This pack isn't the same lightbulb that comes with the Alexa.

Can you send a replacement bulb? One of my bulbs still powers in but doesn’t connect. I’ve tried everything.

Mine didn’t work either. No help from Sengled at all. Return em and buy another brand. That what I did!

Lights worked as intended. At times they'd lose connection and could be hard to re-pair to the wifi/app. As of 6/18/25 I have been unable to use my lights via my phone or echo. Unable to log in to app, Unable to make a new account, Unable to Reset Password. "<Operation Failed, please try again>" Upon searching Sengled on google <Sengled app down> was the first dropdown. Leading me to a Reddit with 850upvotes and 1.8k comments at the time of this review. No statement has been made from the company, No email, Offical site still up selling product, Amazon sales still up. CHOOSE ANOTHER LIGHT!

Les lumières ont eut du mal à se connecter au wifi de la maison. L'application n'est pas toujours facile à naviguer. Dès son installation, il y avait des mises à jour à faire avec les ampoules. Avant les mises à jour, les lumières se déconnectaient dans arrêt, mais cela ne se reproduit plus depuis que tout est mis à jour. Seulement 6 effets de lumière sont offertes, ce seraient apprécié d'en avoir plus.

No se menciona en la descripción de producto pero estás bombillas WiFi ya NO SE PUEDEN USAR COMO SMART. Después de recibirlas y tratar de configurarlas sin éxito investigué al respecto: aparentemente la compañía (sengled) se fue a la quiebra, Amazon retiro la skill de sengled de Alexa (lo que hace imposible que Alexa controle estos dispositivos) y la app de sengled es inaccesible puesto que solicita una cuenta que ya no se puede crear porque los servicios están caídos. En pocas palabras estás bombillas funcionan únicamente con el switch manual y solo con el color default como un foco corriente pero más caro.
