Thought this new keypad would cure the problem!
New keypad had to be paired to my Yale alarm system first and this was a bit of a task because the user instructions are notoriously dotted with errors. Anyway managed to finally paire the new keypad with the alarm and realised I had the same problem. The problem was that the alarm system suddenly started to not accept the un-set or set code from the keypad to un-set or set the alarm. I could set or un-set the alarm as normal by remotely doing this from the APP on my phone but not from the either keypad. Anyway to cut a long story short the solution was to reduce the number of sensor devices including the keypad to a maximum of 20 items. After eventually realising this the system worked correctly. I hope to may be of use to someone else in the future.

Worked fine for me.
My last keypad packed up after 10years so I purchased this one to replace it. After initialising the keypad to my system which is a sequence of button presses (I called the Yale helpline for help with this and they were brilliant) I then paired the device with my system and it seems to be working just fine. I can't see how it's any different from the old one.

Rubbish
Complete waste of time and effort

Waste of money
After faffing connecting it to hub, it won't disarm the alarm system. Waste of money.
