Early days but so far impressed. Within a short time of taking these you start experiencing the effects, I know to avoid taking these when out and about because of the need to urinate increasing.I carry fluid in my legs and have taken measurements and my calfs and thighs have already reduced by an inch. I certainly don't feel as bloated. They are on the pricey side which is my only negative but if they work I don't mind.

Nothing to dislike about this product. Easy to swallow and no taste or after taste.
