Yes. Each pair comes with a card explaining all the advantages of color therapy for each shade of color.

Q: Why are the glasses worn for only 10 minutes at a time? What happens when these limits are extended?

The suggested time frame of 10-30 minutes is provided to ensure you have a point of reference to where you may feel noticeable effects each time. All eyes are different so please use your own discretion and see how they work for you!
