NGRPUSON002 Miaow Control

This device supposedly is heard by cats only. We could not hear it. Our two cats did not show any indication that they could hear it. They just sat there looking at it. Obviously this will not help in their training as hoped. The company has agreed to take it back. However, they require the original packing slip and there was none included in the package. They also require the original packaging, which I did not save because I assumed that the device would work.

As long as your cat (or dog!) is not hearing impaired/deaf, this works like a charm. I was up against putting my 16 year old cat in a shelter as he was waking us up and we couldn't live with him like this any more. Yes, I took him to the vet to have him checked out FIRST. This stops him in his tracks. I think his hearing is not that great, but it is enough to get through to him. We also have a dog who gets anxious and noisy and this puts paid to her hopping around and squeaking. We use it sparingly, give them a chance to settle with reminders, first, but then, if they keep it up, I hit the button and my problem goes away.It feels cheap and flimsy so I wasn't sure. Now, I can't live without it.If I could change something, I would make the button to make the (inaudible to humans) sound much bigger and with a texture so it would be easier to press in the middle of the night, half asleep.July 2018I wish this was made better; The flashy light that goes with the inaudible sound is not coming on until I hit the button a few times and it is only 3 1/2 months old. Naturally, I cannot actually tell if the sound is having the same problem as the light is. I also don't know if the cat's hearing is deteriorating or he is getting used to it. We are back to the cat waking me up every 10 minutes or so for several hours during the night....I have contacted the company to see what they have to say..the autoreply said you had to buy direct from them for returns or exchanges, so we will see if defective comes under that. A bit expensive for 3.5 months but nothing else has worked in the slightest. I will update again if I hear from Ideal Pet Products.August 2018Ideal Pet Products was good about emailing me back. They also sent me a replacement Eyenimal! They had me return the old one, sending me an SASE so they could take a look at it. Great customer service!!!!

Seller is extremely difficult to get ahold of, product did not work for me & poorly affected my dog. My cats were unphased. Do not recommend wasting your money, the return process is horrendous.

Not a good method of discipling a cat. Granted, there is really no good method (at least of negative reinforcement) of disciplining a cat. I bought this because my cat never shuts up and guess what? She still never shuts up. I love her though

30 euros pour ça.Même si ça fonctionnait, déjà, rien qu’à la finition du produit ça vaut pas plus de 10. Et alors quand on ajoute à ça le fait que ça ne fonctionne absolument pas. J’émets même des doutes s’il y a vraiment un système d’ultrasons avec les flashs.Bref passez votre chemin. Produit très nul.Tldr : 30 euros et Mon chat continue ses concerts nocturnes. J’y ai juste ajouté un effet stroboscopique grâce à cette lampe.

C'était ma dernière chance pour passer une nuit sans les miaulements de mon chat.Ca fonctionne sur mon chaton de 5 mois, il se calme dès le premier clic.Espérons que ca continue ...

Simply doesn't work, don't waste your money.

It fell off a table, the casing for the light popped off, the button on the side popped off, and now it doesn't work. Just because it's for cats doesn't mean it doesn't need to durable.
