Took a minute
The media could not be loaded. When it came to training our dogs to use this, it did take a minute for them to get it figured out. Our lab took the longest to train, while our chihuahua picked up on it a little faster. Not sure if it's because they're smaller, but our lab is able to get this figured out now. Even with the difference in paw size, either one is able to move the pieces around. When it comes to treats, we have small treats that fit inside of these but the bigger bones, we just break into pieces and they're able to fit inside a lot better. With this being on the floor, it can collect fur and crumbs pretty easily. However, the best thing about this toy is it's fully washable. I just move it around in warm, soapy water and rinse it off. I do have to make sure to move the pieces around to get all the cubbies to fully dry, but it's really easy to clean. Great toy and fun to watch them look for their treats.

Love it!
The media could not be loaded. My chihuahua eats absurdly fast (scarfs down her whole bowl in 7 seconds) and this really helped her slow down! Shes a puppy and it took her about 3 minutes to finish it (she got confused why some of them were empty I think). Over all really cute and fun!

WAY Too Easy
My black lab is not the sharpest knife in the drawer but he was able to eat everything out of this in about 10 seconds without having had any experience with a treat puzzle before. The pieces give little to no resistance moving around. The thing feels flimsy and easily breakable but thats probably most treat puzzles that are 100% plastic. So unless your dog is a complete idiot, you'd be better-suited to begin with a more advanced treat puzzle.

Beware in a good way
Well it was taking my fur baby a little bit to get the hang of it but it's ok. He likes to cheat so he thinks lol . He drags it around trying to get the treats out of it but it doesn't work like he hoped lol. HE is finally now getting the hang of it sometimes he looks at it like I'm going to win he takes his noise and pushes the covers over to get the treat. The easiest is the peanut butter he gets it first of course lol. I'll Update later with a picture of him using it. GREAT PRODUCT

My dogs love these more than regular treats
My puppy (3 months) and senior dog love this (round level 1) puzzle. It's pretty easy after a couple of times using it but it still makes them so excited when they see it. I love watching their paws slide the compartments around. They like it so much that we bought two more for my family members with dogs and then two more harder puzzles for my dogs. They keep them busy for a short time and my dogs prefer these to the foraging mats.
