This desk is absolutely beautiful (and I am not easy to please)! I used this as a desktop with the DIY adjustable standing legs from Imovr so that I can have a standing desk with a bit of storage. It took a bit of figuring, and adding some wooden support to the underside, but it works even better than expected;the Imovr legs operate smoothly. (I'm using the legs from this desk for an antique butcher block kitchen table.) It's true that there are no holes for cords, but the center keyboard drawer does have a dip in the back that my computer cord goes through. The top is lovely. I'm using an acrylic sheet to protect it. Couldn't be more satisfied!

Only assembly required is the iron base which then attaches to desktop. You do need 2 people to safely align the desktop on the base to connect it.

I love it! Very high quality. Will last a lifetime. Super easy to assemble. It was very heavy but that’s because it was solid wood. Worth the money.

I use this for my business. I do a lot writing. This desk is solid. Doing carpentry as a hobby, I looked under the desk and found it to be solid wood, the drawer pulls are all metal, strong, and looks great.

Received 18 days after ordered. Exactly as described. Easy assembly (extremely heavy though so it's definitely a 2 person job). I'm so impressed with the quality of this desk. I'm sure I will love it for years to come.
