Best product for my KP!
I never write reviews, but this collagen is really impressive! I’ve had KP for decades and while the redness on my arms is still there, this has smoothed the bumps on my arms and legs so much better than any scrub or lotion I’ve ever tried and it’s so much easier than using those.I had a moment of weakness and gave in to Insta ads trying to sell me Spoiled Child collagen, but I returned it and went back to this because I noticed my bumps coming back when I tried Spoiled Child. On top of this, my skin is brighter, hair is healthier, and nails are strong. I’ve had brands of collagen and biotin break me out in the past, but haven’t had that at all with this. Definitely won’t give this one up and I highly recommend it!

This product works!☺️
I noticed that my hair looks more healthier, thicker,my skin tone looks better and there’s a glow. My nails are stronger. And my belly fat seems to be slowly disappearing. I’ve been taking the Collagen for a couple of weeks now. I thought maybe it was just my imagination but I believe it’s the Collagen working. I’m not going to stop taking this product. I’m also eating my healthier, taking liquid vitamins and taking magnesium Glycinate. I did consult my doctor before taking this combination. And drinking plenty of water too. I even wrote on mmy calendar no more junk food!! This product is works for me!!☺️

Very helpful for my nails
This product is very helpful (my case )for strengthening my weak nails. I have seen great improvement in them, unfortunately you have to keep using the product, however I am willing to do that. My hair also feels thicker but the fact that my nails are no longer splitting is the biggest bonus for me.

Updated Review
I feel this is a good product. And it is so much easier to consume capsules and not the powder that has to be dissolved in something hot like coffee. I've read collagen is better for strong bones than calcium. I have noticed stronger fingernails. I also think my hair is growing faster. And now I think the capsules help with stiffness after sitting too long, like riding in a car for an hour or so.All that said, I think this may be my last bottle. Not because I don't like it but because it is so expensive. With prices on everything going up, I just can't justify paying close to $30 for this supplement of 150 capsules. My husband takes one a day and I take 2, sometimes 3. The bottle seems to go very fast!

Some of the Side Effects of Taking Collagen Supplements (Including the ones I experienced)
I have been taking this product since early March 2025 for joint support. I had also started exercising regularly a few weeks earlier and eating a lot healthier, to reduce my weight and have overall better health. In late March, I noticed a small rash on my inner thigh (it fit under a 2x3 band aid). My doctor couldn't identify it but, because I've had relative who have had Shingles, she said it might be that. I was preventatively prescribed an antibiotic and a topical steroid treatment. They took away the uncomfortable symptoms but the rash remains. I noticed that I also developed very mild acne and brittle finger and toe nails. The acne went away but the brittle nails persist. Because I'd made three changes at about the same time (exercise, diet and collagen supplement), I attributed these issues to my body adjusting, expecting them to resolve over time. I did notice, however, my joints felt better. I recently spoke with my sister and she told me she had tried to take different collagen supplements but they all caused her to have rashes on her inner thighs so she stopped taking them. A lightbulb went off in my head and I looked up the possible side effects of taking collagen supplements. I found listed among them not only the side effects I experienced but those of many other people who provided comments here. I'm sharing the side affects I found on the web, for your awareness and to help in your decision-making about this and other brands. This list is not exhaustive; there may be other side effects. What causes collagen side effects?Collagen intake has its benefits, but some people may exhibit side effects due to various factors, including collagen intolerance and improper collagen dosage. Side effects manifest as clinical symptoms best identified by a medical professional. These symptoms vary from one individual to another:Skin: Rashes, acne breakouts, or general skin inflammation. May be due to collagen sensitivity, chemical additives in collagen supplements, and contaminated natural collagen sources.Liver: Liver fibrosis from excessive accumulation of type I collagen in the liver tissue. May worsen the liver's condition, as unmanaged liver fibrosis can lead to liver cancer.Kidneys: Kidney stones. Hydroxyproline is a major collagen amino acid that is normally disposed of through the kidneys as oxalate, a kidney stone trigger.Stomach: Digestive problems including diarrhea, constipation, and heartburn, bloating and reduced appetite. Chemical additives greatly contribute to these reactions.Heart: Hypercalcemia (an overaccumulation of calcium which can lead to abnormal heart rhythm).
