Not for adults.
This thing does not even fit around my neck. It would work great for a kid but not a adult male.

A little flimsy
I used this for my Frodo costume. It's a little flimsy, but it's very long which is nice. (I'm 5'5") I sewed a hood onto it to complete the look.
