Worked on my Chrysler Pacifica 2021 non-hybrid
unlike most of the how to videos on the model mine specifically had to be behind the entire console unit. Additionally behind that had to remove the box for the gps and such, then the one more set of screws and box to remove. Once there you just have to plug this guy in and then to your OBD2 or other and the security is bypassed. However, you may need to update software which on my particular device would not allow without paying, which was the entire point of this cable.In short- cable is good, just expect it to potentially not go as smoothly as you'd think if you've got a 2021 model
