Management: A Practical Introduction

This book lacks most of the case studies so I suggest buying the online version from McGraw Hill

Let me first say, that when I purchased this textbook, I did not have high expectations—for I never found management literature to excellent learning material. This textbook has proved me wrong. Ever since I started reading this book for my upper division Business Management Principles class, I found it to be not only informative but also entertaining. The information presented within this book is not only organized well, but is presented in a way that the information is simple to consume. I highly recommend for anyone who wants a great foundational book about management.

The description was good, which should have been excellent and it would have been that if the book would have been put in the cushion envelope properly. Whoever package it bent up the front cover. Which was disappointing, but otherwise the book is awesome

The product came with very fast shipping, even though I only paid for standard. However, I purchased a used-very good condition book, and I felt as though good would have been a more accurate description. Some of the pages are very wrinkled or folded and look like they have water marks. Also, the front cover corners were very beat up. Otherwise, it was a good purchase.

This was a text book for my MBA I had in digital format, I bought in paperback because it is such a good reference.Excellent principles that are very understandable.

Renting a textbook is an awesome idea. I almost didn't take this class as the text was sooooo expensive. I rented this book for a fraction of the cost to buy. The book arrived quickly, once the class was done I received notification that the book was due back, postage was paid and I used the box it was shipped in and returned. I will consider this option again.

Good management book that introduces a ton of management concepts. I actually use it to cherry pick topics from when conducting introductory management courses.
