I bought this product because of the O rings which promise to provide a water tight sea. Also, the top is designed to be easier to install than other plugs I’ve used. I haven’t used the plugs yet but they appear to be a better product than plugs I’ve used in the past.

So what do you do when your pool filer drain plug dies unexpectedly? And you need it immediately? Ran to Leslies' and got one which solved my problem. Ordered these from Amazon and paid the same priced for two that I paid for one at Leslies. Now I have two back up plugs and when the next one dies I'll have on hand and no fear that it isn't available.

I am using these for the second year but find they are lighter weight then others in the past and the washer rings are not consistent in size but they do the trick. I would like to see thicker washers for the seal.
