Can someone please send me exact removal steps for this? i have a very difficult time removing this? thank you?

This has to be soaked off in acetone just like any other base coat, with the exception of a true peel-off base.

Since tips keep peeling, should i use orly nail tip primer underneath, even tho orly says skip primer?

I always prep my nails and wipe with alcohol and use a primer it does help it stay
