Squirrels 🐿️ VS barbwire
Good purchase of a small amount of barbwire. Wire was an easy to use roll., just like pictured. We started with one roll of super sharp wire to try and deter squirrels taking over our bird feeders. I actually saw a squirrel napping on the wire we applied. The squirrels marched across the wire and into the bird feeders. Then we bought a second role to add more barbs to the previously applied wire. We shall see what happens now that second roll is added. It is not a fault of the wire as it is very sharp but apparently sunflower hungry squirrels 🐿️ are more tolerant to the barbs than beef cows.

Justo la medida!
Buscaba no comprar todo el carrete, aquí donde vivo solo lo venden en rollos y esta opción quedó perfecta en tamaño para lo que necesitaba. Lo tengo en la intemperie y no se ha oxidado.

Used as a squirrel deterrent
I put it in the middle of my hibiscus tree where the squirrels would sit and munch my plant. They don’t sit there all comfortable anymore but the still go up and down and around it. At least they don’t hang out. Time will tell how long this works before they start eating the flowers again.
