Not only was it hard to get the old white filter out of the hearing aid with these…. It was also impossible to get the new one to fit into the hole without you pulling it out with tweezers and pushing it into the hole.

These do not seem to be a perfect fit for a Phonak Aero unit but they do work. Frequently the new one will not release from the applicator tool and you need to follow up by hand. Can be a nuisance esp if one's sight is diminished.

I ordered these just before a trip overseas--it was too soon to get a supply from the VA. Only about 20% of the entire package fit into my hearing aids. The one that did fit would often fall out with first cleaning. Complete waste of $$

This is my third order of this product and each time it becomes worst. The stick is very hard to remove sometimes the wax guard comes off once you try to put it in the hearing aid it will not come off or release into the hearing aid hole Don’t order or use

These wax guards look just like the Cerustop inserts that came with my Phonak Audeo M. But they are too small in diameter to fit properly in my custom ear molds. They won't stay in place. I've ordered Cerustop brand.
