COBIHistorical Collection De Havilland DH.98 Mosquito Mk. VI Plane

Parts want to fall off plane quite easily especially the nose cone and landing gear, very disappointing!!!....NOT worth buying at any price...every time you pick it up more pieces fall off...it should build like LEGO.....A person should NOT have to glue a product like this together to be happy!!! I feel like i have been ripped off!!!! Also, where do i go to get replacement parts!!

As with all COBI kits it's really cool to have those custom parts. Nice kit, the instructions require more examining that LEGO instructions but you can just be careful. But there have been occasions where I've had to disassemble and put them back together. This one requires a lot of care with the engine nacelles. All four sides are slightly different from each other.

Ein nettes Modell, ich habe schon mehrere dieser 2 motorigen Modelle z.B. BF 110 oder P-38 . Die Mosquito fügt sich da perfekt ein. Einfach zu bauen, auch für Einsteiger. Die Qualität der Bausteine ist sehr gut, bisher hatte ich noch keinerlei Probleme mit Passform oder Spritzfehler. Die Modelle von Cobi ( habe etwa 20 Stk. Flugzeuge+Fahrzeuge ) bieten ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis wenn man mit dem Thema, das von anderen Herstellern gemieden wird, klar kommt.

Bought this for my brother for his birthday. Our Dad was in the Polish arm of the RAF during WWII and worked as a carpenter on the Mosquitos at Lasham Airfield. This model is based on a Polish plane form that very airfield so the chances are he may have actually worked on the real one itself! Anyway, back to the model. I have many Cobi tanks and a few of the planes and this Mosquito is just brilliant... they've managed to capture the distinctive graceful shape of the Mozzy from all angles. Its actually a pretty sizeable model too. Also top marks to Cobi for the way they recreate the camouflage pattern with clever use of pieces. I will certainly buy one of these for myself to add to my collection.
