Excellent brace for racquet sports, part of the solution
This brace is awesome. I do not use it for bowling, I use it for racquetball. I developed tennis elbow last year and the pain came right back after summer break. First game back, shoot! I've been playing over a decade. This is the only brace I could find the prevents hyperextension of the wrist with a solid top support. Your wrist bending back with bad form does some of the damage up your arm. I take the bottom support out for better grip, both are removable. I've had no pain playing a dozen games with this so far. Adjusting my stroke has been a mild challenge--forehand took a day, and backhand a few days getting used to the brace. Honestly it has actually improved my form after getting adjusted to wearing the brace and have been playing better than ever. Wearing a glove underneath is no problem. Highly recommend as this is an inexpensive product but durable and well made, definitely think it will last a year at least, we will see. No sign of wear yet, solid 3-point velcro support. Grip is affected a bit in the palm but fingers are free enough for me. Try it for racquet sports, no risk but potential for serious reward. I do not use elbow straps as I think they are too problematic, and they end up hurting my arm. But do you. The straps subtend the muscle so that force is not felt at the sore tennis elbow spot as much... but that's more of a band aid than a solution, and they never mitigate much pain nor are comfortable nor stay put for me. Don't expect to just buy a brace and all your problems will be solved however. This has not been a silver bullet but part of more comprehensive change as I age. I also started using a hesacore grip (standard size white) and good overgrip tape. This reduces shock and relaxes my grip that was too tight. Recommend changing your racquet's grip before changing your racquet, it's a lot cheaper! (That bad shot was not your racquet's fault either:) RICE method at home is essential. Since I caught the flare up on my first day back before it got too bad again (seriously guys, take a break) I was able to get right into light strengthening which I think is more critical than anything. 3 days a week/every other day. Find some good strengthening for tennis elbow videos online if you're injury is mild enough to begin gently working it out. Take it easy. An adjustable hand grip strengthener is all I bought for home. The rest of exercises are basic but very beneficial. Condition your supporting cast of muscles and your elbow will thank you. Be patient and get back to your game for good.

Maintains your wrist position from backswing to release.
This wrist brace will steady your wrist at the release. The Velcro straps are non-slip. It has two steel inserts, one each front and back, and either or both are removable. Snug fit. Durable padded material.

Worked great!
My moms still uses it to this day! I got it for her because we had recently joined a bowling league at the time of the purchase. She has bolts in her wrist from a past injury so this helps her bowl without hurting it. We’re now on our 3rd season of that same league and it’s held up very well for her. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs good wrist support when bowling.

Very good quality
Perfect fit right from the package. Does not cut into hand and sturdy. Has removable braces for comfort as im a no thumb bowler. Had to remove inner hand brace to curl hand around bowling ball.

Great support, great price!
This is a great brace and it definitely helps give me the extra support I need. It definitely improved my game, but it’s still very inconsistent. ( I think that’s more operator error vs product error. :) The brace itself is good. I got a medium size and it fits just right. My hand measured a little over 7” circumference so the medium size worked fine for me. It’s made with breathable fabrics so it does keep ur hand and wrist cooler when bowling. I’m glad there was no neoprene. I tend to break out in a rash if I have neoprene on for too long. This was one of the fewer wrist supports out there that didn’t have neoprene in the design. When wearing this support I also noticed that my arm and wrist didn’t get fatigued as quickly as before. And because of my inconsistent progress I keep thinking, one more game...one more game and so on. I only just got this brace about a week ago. But when I use it I noticed I have a really really nice roll with it on. My hook is pretty consistent and on point, unless I’m doing something stupid like not totally focused on my spot or I get distracted by good looking guys in the bowling alley, etc. over all a really good brace. Very happy with this purchase.

Great fitting bowling glove.
I have a large hand with small fingers, hence have to take the palm metal piece out to hold a bowling ball. Bowling glove fits perfectly without being bulky in my palm
