This book is very informative and has excellent authentic recipes.I was a pleasure to read and I learned things I didn't know about my heritage.I would recommend this book to family and friends.The cover is very nice also!!

Just like the title says authentic and traditional. The first recipe we made was the Racuszi. And it definitely was just like Babcia makes.

After a recent visit to Poland we wanted to cook some of the food that we had had. This is a really nice little book and we have cooked a few things already from it.

All the recipes are delicious, easy to prepare and are exactly how Babcia used to make them. Rekindling childhood memories of Sunday dinner's and sleepovers at Babcia's. Well done 😀😀.
