Just in terms of insulation, they are equal. They both use 60 g Heatseeker™ Eco insulation.

Q: I am 5’3” 110 lbs. waist 25 hip 33. No reviews to guide me so what size should I order? Will wear fleece tights underneath.

My daughter is about the same size and small fits her well.

It's a snap/push button. The button is also surrounded by Velcro.
