Firewood rack was easy to build and the metal want flimsy. Once you get it tightened up, it's strong enough to hold your wood and when loaded it won't go anywhere. The cover is more than adequate to cover the rack without a struggle. It's also decent, heavier material that seems like it will hold up well over time. I'd buy it again.

This took me about 30min to assemble. Supported the back legs on some block since the land is sloped. Felt really sturdy before I loaded and after. Cover is generous in size when slipping over. I like that it has zippers and velcro. Material is thick yet flexible. Hoping it holds up to the sun.

Product works great, no regrets purchasing the unit. Structurally, it appears to handle the outdoor weather just fine, but have yet to see how it holds up in a Buffalo winter.The only con is that the black color on the cover itself has faded significantly due to it's exposure in the sun. I understand that all things fade over time, however, I was surprised how much it faded given the fact that I've only had the product for about 4 months.

Looks great in our backyard. Was very easy to assemble and fits so many logs.

I received this package somewhat damaged (box was slightly ripped open) and was missing the bolts and nuts package. Sent an email to customer service and they had the missing parts package shipped the next day. Great customer support!!! The unit seems rather sturdy and the cover appears to be adequate. It also comes with a hand bag to transport the wood into the house. Overall a decent product.

Rack seems decent enough if it was possible to fully assemble it. One of the base supports does not have the holes required to bolt it together.I messaged the seller but received no response. So I called Amazon hoping they could send me a new part and the only option they provided was a full return. It’s 3/4 assembled and I’d rather not disassemble it, box it up and take it to UPS. I could drill out the required holes and fix it myself but really? I was hoping for a discount for my time and trouble fixing it but that’s not an option either since it’s a third party seller. So I’ll probably just end up drilling out the legs and avoid purchasing from MAYOLIAH again.I was probably just unlucky. But are you feeling lucky today? And why should luck have anything to do with receiving a properly manufactured item?EDIT: The seller contacted me and offered to send a new part after I sent verification pics. I don’t want to wait so I’m going ahead with drilling and fixing it myself. I asked instead for a discount and was offered 8% or $8.56. That wouldn’t even cover the shipping of the replacement part that I was saving them. I replied to that effect and along with my time and aggravation I’d think $20-25 was reasonable. They complied.Customer service was overall decent, and the rack seems decent as well. I mainly like that is has a cover and hopefully will withstand the elements. I’m revising my star rating to 3 given the overall experience. Had the rack been manufactured correctly and assembled smoothly I’d have rated 4 stars.

Quick and easy to assemble, simple in design, I would add lock washers, excellent cover. Holding up well fully loaded
