Simple and durable
Easy to install when you follow instructions. It has held up great for at least 2-3 years that I’ve had it, including many washes.

Seems high quality.
Came well packaged, delivery was reasonably fast. Vinyl seems of good quality. Also came with clear instructions. It is possible to remove the wrong backing with some vinyl's making it nearly impossible to install. This is not like that however. It's been on my truck on the tinted back window for a month now and shows no signs of cracking yet. If it fails prematurely (after YEARS), I'll update my review. But I think it will be fine.

Super simple install and great quality.
Super simple install that took less than five minutes including prep with alcohol. Looks great on the Subaru. Tools used were some rubbing alcohol and a rag for prep, a piece of masking tape and a small pair of scissors. Google "hinge method" for install info on youtube. Good quality product!

Follow the directions and no issues
The printed instructions sent with the decal have pictures of each step. I cleaned the window off with Invisible Glass cleaner then used isopropyl alcohol on the spot I was putting the decal. Good quality decal.

Customer Sevice is non existent
Customer service is non-existent. Emailed them TWICE over a week span. Heard absolutely nothing to even acknowledged they received an email.The instructions provided was meant for smaller decals. Since this one is longer, masking tape is useful to prevent decal from folding on itself. This was what happened to mine. Would have bee good to know about the hinge method before hand. (Ended up searching about this on my own.)I truly tried to salvage it, but it stuck to itself pretty good and there wasn’t a way to separate it. Still like the decal, but will not be ordering from this company again. Ever.
