The plant was completely broken from just above the packed soil,was well planted, .Now it's dead.
The product was broken from above the soil pack, while the outer pack was fine, well planted but ia dead now. Can only request replacement.

Very sad product, almost dead plant. Only the name oohsome is awesome. Neither nor the packing is worth mentioning. The picture is an eyewash. The plant is a dead part of it, water logged.
