I purchased this 2 years ago and still on going. The brightness, buttons, and timer hasn't changed a bit! The brightness is adjustable and is really bright if you want it to be. It also can be dimmed at a really low setting. HIGHLY recommend for indoor plants!Disadvantages:- has at least 5 or more pounds to it.Advantages:- Takes seconds to adjust.- Easy to use.- Best for indoor plants.- Lasts long!

This is the perfect light if you have plants on multiple levels that you want to see thrive. The clip is sturdy with a wide opening so I was able to secure it to one of the shelves of this wooden plant stand which is approx 2.5" thick. Each light is on its own flexible arm so I was able to position one light on the top level, about 15" from the base and then drop the other arm below and shine plants on the 2nd level. I wouldnt be able to have any plants on the lower level without this light. The timer is easy to set and works great. I will be buying more of this style light for some of my other plants. This was a great purchase & my plants seem to love it.

I moved from Texas to Indiana. My poor orchids haven't bloomed in almost 2 years. Many have died. I finally bought this light. I figured it was cheap enough to try. It's working. They're all stiffening up. They were so limp and pale. The leaves actually lifted from the bark soil and into the air in the first 24hrs. I didn't believe it even though I was looking at it. I measured. They're taller. The leaves are firm. One is growing new leaves. I have no idea if the timer is perfect or off like other people say. That's not how I use it. I turn it on when I leave for work, and I just want it to stay on while I'm gone. It does that just fine. They're in my room. I'm going to let the timer go on its own a while, and see if they start turning on earlier. It would wake me up before my alarm if it does. I really don't care because I can easily turn it off and back on. It's just a button. If you're leaving for vacation I can assure you, your plants don't care if the light stays on a perfect schedule. I use it on the highest setting right now with no problems. The clamp is strong. The extention arms are strong. Even if it last a year, I'd be happy and I'd buy it again. It was less than 20 bucks and my orchids, which cost much more than that, are living.

These Grow lights are really colorful it came with double sided tape for mounting. I don’t think the USB port was necessary since I’ll be setting it up in a greenhouse even if I use the inside the house I wouldn’t connected to my computer for power I will have to see how quickly my plants grow or improve I will need a few weeks to test it out other than that it’s a good product at least it looks like it is. The remote control is connected to the lead lights so it’s not really remote if it’s connected to the wires. Remote for me is wireless unless there’s supposed to be a remote control separate in here otherwise it’s not, it’s part of the on and off switch.
