We did a cacao ceremony while traveling in Mexico and were quite enchanted. After returning home I wanted to replicate it for our kids and grandkids, but could not find gourd bowls anywhere. Then I found these, and they are perfect! I bought six. They all sit pretty flat and hold generous servings of hot cacao without spilling. They will also be a charming way to serve the Chunky Monkey breakfast bowls I learned to make in Mexico. They are hand washable and dry quickly. It's nice to buy something sustainable--nothing that ends up in a landfill--just renewable coconut shells!

Love the spoons but the bowls are cute just not what I expected, they are not sturdy but we still use them

I like these for cereal and they are real nice.

Wanted to do a Bethlehem style meal for the kids before Christmas and needed wood bowls and spoons but found these and decided to give them a try for the price. They worked great. Some of the bottoms had a cut to help it set flat but others didn’t, but even with the cuts I wouldn’t serve soup in the bowl unless yours going to hold onto it the whole time. But aside from that it’ll work fine. The spoons seem to be good quality and the whole set was really fun to eat out of. I’m not sure how well these will hold up long term but since we only plan on using them once a year it’ll do for me. Would but again all considering.

First of all, these are not as advertised. The photos (at the time of purchase and this review) show bowls of consistent size and shape, and the bowls you'll receive are vastly different size and shape. I suppose this is to be expected when buying products made of natural materials, but the photoshopped product photos are not only misleading but dishonest. Further, due to poor packaging, one of the 6 bowls arrived broken. (See photo attached) and was unusable. I'm sending these back.

I got these bowls so I can feed my toddler from a natural bowl with natural colours, and was really excited for the spoons that go with them. While the bowls are sturdy, beautiful and PERFECT, the spoons stink like varnish and nothing I’m doing is making it go away. Pretty sure we ate some varnish :/

Sehr schöne SchalenEignen sich für Bowls, Müsli oder auch als Dekoschalen. Nutze sie sehr vielseitig.

These are lovely bowls, but they have split on several bowls after around 9 months, which is a bit disappointing.

It’s as the title says, they are gorgeous and great for the price although one of mine arrived damaged with a crack. Would like to update this rating to a 5 star if there is some solution to it.
