What is the battery and is it removable?

The batteries (2ea) are standard 18650 and removable, albeit they are taped to the unit housing.

Can this truly display waveform of two different audio signals?

Surprisingly yes. The controls take a bit of getting used too but the display is clear and decently accurate for normal use. I tested it with two signals and didn't have any problems.

Can it graph amps or does it just display in digits?

It has 2 modes either multimeter or scope. The scope mode gets its input from the 2 probe inputs on top. Dont think you can graph multimeter, but i may not lnow how to do it.
