Have just finished bottle #2. About 2/3 through bottle #2, the nighttime trips to the bathroom began to decrease from the usual 4 or 5 to now 2 or 3. Will be continuing with Prostapollen. Have tried other "natural" brands in the past that cost more but didn't help a whole lot. Prostapollen has a similar effect to "Flomax", a prostate and bladder relaxer, which I've also used in the past with good results.

After 30 days usage could detect no change with issues. Maybe needs more time to see desired change.
