I have struggled with bumpy skin (and have a congenitally poor skin barrier) my whole life. I have never known smooth arms, legs, hands, or heels. I stumbled onto barrier cream at my hospital job and it has been a life changer! For $8 a tube it seems expensive, but the results lasts and my skin is so much more comfortable! It doesn't smell like bag balm and I notice I don't need to use it everyday to still get good result ( The photos I included are 1 application a week apart). OMG this saved my skin when having to wear a month long heart monitor. The electrodes were just tearing up my skin and this cream just absolutely saved the day. It is useful for other things, but for me, this was the perfect solution.

So I've tried quite a few of these and I didn't want the chemicals that are in the others. petroleum mainly, so I tried this one. It works but you have to use it everyday where the others you notice a difference right away. So yes it's worth it and I'm sure I could find a more organic one with less chemicals but if you just want one without petroleum this one does it's job.

This is the ultimate smoothie for bums, especially for pardon my frankness, diarrhea and irritable red rashed bottoms. My only complaint is the tube is very small,does the trick,just need to be used sparingly.

I use this on my nasal pillows for my CPAP. It doesn't weaken the nasal pillows and keeps my nose from getting chapped. I'm not sure if that's a common usage but it works great for that!

Would purchase again.

Bought as a skin barrier use during colonoscopy preparation. Worked perfectly. Definitely will use again.
