Bought the set for my bathroom vanity. Love walking in there. Items are beautiful and very feminine.

This box is beautiful with potential. When I purchase something like this, I surely don't expect to fix it's flaws, by rigging it to do its job.It comes Dusty out of the box, so it has to be cleaned. That task is a chore in itself.Here's why I am unhappy with this product.1- this is a metal frame with jewel beads. The metal prongs hold the beads together, causing gaps between beads and allowing dust and small debris in side the box.2- the beads are too large for the frame, causingg a ripple effect, instead of a smooth line across from corner to corner3- Inside the box, the back side of the prongs stick out and snags anything that comes near it, making it a chore to clean. The prongs are scratchy and will scratch up your jewelry or glasses, pretty much any object you put in there.4- I have to rigg this box to do its job. Maker of the box... here's some tips to make your product do what it's made to do; a_ tighten the prongs backs and snip off any excessive over hang.b_ can use a cut-out from a thin plastic or cardboard sheet and place it inside the box for it's walls and top. Preventing debris coming in the gaps to the inside and to prevent the prong legs from touching anything except the wall that layers around it.The box is more useful after rigging it, but it doesn't help with the sturdiness. The beads will still remain flemsey and ripply.

I bought this for a birthday gift for my friend and I loved it and she loved it even more.
