Playing tennis in morning or later afternoon, the sun is closer to the horizon, bright, and comes in sideways. Wearing a ball cap, the sun affects whichever eye is on that side. I used to rotate the hat so the bill helped blocked the sun. A full-brim (e.g. bucket) hat helps but the wind blows the brim up or down.Success! I bought this hat because the brim appeared stiff. It is, and it does resist the wind while shading my eyes. Even better, the headband tightens so that I don't need to use the chinstrap. Finally, it folds and fits in my tennis bag. I have received compliments (and questions from envious players with floppy hats).

This hat is nice and lightweight. The brim is just a tad too large for my taste but offers plenty of shade.

This is comfortable and light weight. The adjustment to keep it tighter on your head is a good concept but if you have a smaller head this feature is useless because it only adjusts very little. Definitely not for smaller heads
