Not in English FYI
These are definitely from Japan. They came as individual units, in Japanese...but that's OK.Here's what you need to know.BLUE = HARD TIPBLACK= SOFT TIP.The other one is double ended.Mine were juicy and not dried out as some other customers complained about, must have received units from a fresh shipment.PROTIP: If you are a beginner, start with the hard tip and as you learn how this type of marker works and develop hand control, move onto the soft tip.

These pens give meaning to a bujoer's life
I'm an artist and can draw pretty much anything but I suffer from terrible handwriting. I've been looking at the bujo videos online and after seeing the absurdly beautiful, almost ethereal hand lettering of many bullet journal creators, I sank into a deep depression, spending the days questioning the purpose of my existence and subsisting on a diet of nuts and cereal. Then along came a video recommending Tombow Fudenosuke brush pens. Friends, these pens saved my life. I wake up with anticipation of writing decoratively (or even plainly) with the soft tip in my bujo. They're great for beginner hand-letterers, and I'll say very convenient even for more experienced ones. I've played with many brush pens, some are awesome in other ways but these are so versatile, reliable and resilient. You can push down with a fair amount of pressure and not worry about the nib breaking or fraying. If you use light pressure you can create quite a fine, steady line. My writing still isn't great but it's truly a joy playing with these. Just get them!P.S. I perhaps was a little dramatic, heh, but I'm a real pen addict and needed to stress that I'm serious about how fabulous these brush pens are. You won't be disappointed!

Decent Pens, Not the best
This product is decent. I would say I prefer the soft nib than the hard nib. The dual pen is pretty good. I think they are both soft nibs. The grey is a beautiful color. Also the black ink on all the pens are very opaque. I would however recommend the Pentel Fude touch. They are a good balance between the soft and hard nibs and they last way longer. The Tombow Fudenosuke are already drying out on after 1 day of use. I would spend my money on the pentel fude touch. The pentel lens are the ones with the glittery barrel and cap.

Wonderful Feeling Pens!
I love these pens! They are so fun to use - more precise than a true brush pen, more like a soft fountain pen. They are not waterproof, so plan carefully if using with watercolor washes (or outdoor rainy sketching)... But I actually like adding a little water to soften the lines sometimes into nice grey washes.I find it hard to put them down! The tip feel is just "right"! But don't drop them or press too hard! The double-ended (black and med grey) brush pen was a nice surprise and is great for quickly hitting larger areas.

This pen is great for beginners
I purchased this pen set for a modern calligraphy (or hand lettering) class. There are three pens in this set, all of which are great. But the firm small tip pen is the best of the three when you are just learning. You vary the width of the line you make with them by varying the pressure of the pen on the paper. The pens are smooth and the tips are strong. They put out just the right amount of ink. And they are a great price. The picture is my practice sheet. Not great but I'm getting better...been learning for 5 days so far.

Exactly what I expected
This was perfect for deciding which pen I preferred. Only complaint is that I can't read Japanese! All of the packaging is in Japanese!

Great calligraphy pens!
I am so in love with my pens! Got them today and they're absolutely perfect! I also here a lot of people complain about not being able to read which pen is the hard tip or soft but it's quite simple the blue one is hard tip the black is soft.

Tombow has done it again... and it rocks!
I'm obsessed. I don't know what took me so long to try the Fudenosuke pens, because I absolutely adore my Tombow Dual Brush markers... but OH MY GOSH these are incredible! I have really enjoyed practicing lettering and flourishes with these.Pros:No need to press too heavily on the downstrokes, because the pen just seems to work well for it.Upstrokes and direction changes are fluid when it comes to lines and ink deposit. No wavy lines here for this newbie!Cute sticky note flags that came with the package are super helpful for labeling my bullet journal.Cons:Totally on me... I should've bought more!I wish I had so much more to say, and I'm certainly going to be creating some youtube vids showing how beautifully these work, but if you're considering trying the Fudenosukes, THIS is the set to get - can't beat the price, the super fast ship, and the beautiful and intuitive way they work!

Must buy, Great pens
This is a great pen for calligraphy beginners. The hard tip pen is awesome for flourishing you can even use soft or dual tip pen for flourishing but, I suggest hard tip pen. Best part is that you get 3 great pens in a reasonable price(and they are worth 430 rupees). The worst part was the packaging, it came in a cardboard package without any cushioning anybody can easily crush the box and pens. But still I really enjoyed using the pen it's a must buy for beginners. You can also follow me on Instagram my ID is @tanishisnayaka.
