I have had good results with this.
This is my third time buying this and find it very helpful for my overall wellness (I had some some stomach issues that went away). Yes, as some have pointed it out it is gritty and not powdered - however, I do not mind. I simply pour a teaspoon in a cup with hot water and let it steep for a few minutes. Sometimes, I do add honey to it but it is palatable to drink plain. This is the only one I found on Amazon that is from Canada. Thanks for reading my review.

Non male ma mi aspettavo di piĂą
La polvere è un po’ granulosa e non perfettamente solubile, forse andrebbe poi filtrato. Il gusto è più forte rispetto ad altre marche ed è un vantaggio perché ne basta meno. Nel complesso un buon prodotto ma non strepitoso. Spedizione puntuale.

Waste of money
The “powder” is so fine it falls through any strainer , doesn’t dissolve so I’m unable to use as a drink.. it can be sprinkled on food but doesn’t taste great.

I presume I have to take it for awhile to see the effects
It didn’t give me the super charge I thought it was going to. I will keep taking it to see if anything changes. Easy to drink. Tastier than I thought it would be
