An excellent kidney tonic

I read a review from someone else on top and I agree, this medicine is different. My son’s hemoglobin increased considerably to 16.7 after taking it, which is too high. And I suspect it’s this medicine. I had the feeling like something was wrong with this Astra Essence, as he tried Astra Essence before and nothing wrong happened.

I have purchased from Health Concerns directly as a practioner and used Astra Essence myself for years. Never have I experienced such an abhorrent smell from any of Health Concerns herbal products. I can only assume this particular bottle is not fit for consumption. Unfortunately I can not return. This is the last time I purchase any herbal or medicinal product from Amazon.

This supplement cut my caffeine intake in half. Great sustainable energy.
